Clear Commercial is conveniently situated in the award-winning Urban Splash development of Timber Wharf base in Castlefield, and is located a short walk away from Deansgate via the canal towpath and easily reached by road or rail.

Parking

There is a limited supply of car parking spaces in the vicinity of Timber Wharf, which means that Clear Commercial is not able to offer a car parking space.

There are a small number of limited local on street parking spaces.

There is a car park outside of the ”Train” Cross fit http://www.trainmanchester.co.uk/ at 6 Arundel Street. The cost is £4.00 per day.

There is a car park on the turning off the A56 on Hulme Hall Road on the right hand side as you head towards Timber Wharf. 

By bus and tram

There are local bus services running throughout the Greater Manchester area, together with the Metrolink tram service.
