We are recruiting for legal graduates to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity, where the successful candidates can gain clear and valuable insight and experience working for a growing organisation. Successful candidates will gain valuable responsibility in the areas of:

  • Personal injury
  • Medical negligence
  • Commercial/civil litigation
  • Group actions
  • Consumer protection
  • Landlord & tenant

Key Responsibilities

Graduates can be given caseloads of their own. Alternatively, they can work closely with one or more of the senior solicitors in the firm, assisting with all aspects of that solicitor’s work, including:

  • Developing and maintaining good client relations
  • Performing legal research
  • Developing drafting skills
  • Gaining experience in interviewing, advising and negotiation
  • Getting involved in case management & practice support

Character & Personal Qualities

  • Team player with the intellect to solve problems, use judgement, provide reasoning and respond to challenges
  • Ability to deal sensitively with clients and experts
  • Effective communicator
  • Enthusiasm for and commitment to the work we specialise in

Skills & Experience

  • A law degree/legal qualification (LLB/GDL) obtained from a reputable University (2:1 minimum) or an alternative degree and LPC
  • Previous legal work experience preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work with high volumes of work
  • Keen, enthusiastic and willing to take on challenges
  • Ability to work to deadlines within a busy and pressurised environment
  • IT literacy including working knowledge of MS Office suite
