Daniel was born in the UK but emigrated to Israel at a young age. Growing up in Israel he volunteered as a scout leader and a paramedic before joining the Defence forces at the age of 18 as a 3 year national service is compulsory In Israel. In the Army he acted as Non Commissioned officer In the Northern Command of the Military police and was responsible for a 5-man team carrying out criminal investigations and Accident. He Completed his service as deputy base staff sergeant.
Following his time in the Army, Daniel spend 2 years travelling around South East Asia before returning home to complete his Law Degree at Haifa University. He trained under Jonathan Friedland who, in addition to being a Commercial & Shipping Lawyer also acted as the American Consular Agent for the North of Israel therefore mixing law, diplomacy and consular activities over his 3 years of training.
In 2005 Daniel moved back to the UK and has since worked in a number of leading firms throughout the North West (Keoghs, Nichols, Lindsell & Harris, Fraley Dwek; Fletchers; Asons, Lyons Wilson and Forster Dean) in positions of associate, team leader, Head of PI Litigation and Acting HOD of Medical Negligence. Whilst mainly an veteran of Personal Injury Litigation, especially Clinical Negligence over the past decade, Daniel has experience in private client and housing work.
Daniel also maintains a network of Hebrew speaking lawyers in the UK as part of his dedicated services for Legal Assistance to the Israeli community in the UK which deals with enquiries across the legal board.
