Daniel joined Clear Law in January 2019 and together with Daniel Lee and Mark Thomason, leads a pod of solicitors and paralegals in the Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence Department, dedicated to the successful resolution of complex claims which often involve life-changing injuries.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Haifa and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester Metropolitan University.

He was admitted as a solicitor in 2006, having trained under the auspices of Jonathan D. Friedland, who in addition to his legal practice also served in a diplomatic capacity as the American Consular Agent for the North of Israel, and Michael Sandler, Senior Partner of Keoghs, Nichols, Lindsell & Harris Solicitors in Altrincham.

He has since worked in a number of leading firms throughout the Northwest including Farley Dwek; Fletchers and Forster Dean in positions of Associate, Team Leader, Head of Personal Injury Litigation and Acting Head of Medical Negligence.

Whilst mainly a veteran of personal injury litigation and especially clinical negligence over the past decade, Daniel also has experience in private client (Wills and Probate) and housing work.

Daniel also maintains a network of lawyers in the UK as part of his dedicated services for legal assistance to the Israeli community in the UK which deals with enquiries across the legal board.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys family life and is very involved with the Scouts Movement of Manchester.
