Iain Murray - Solicitor and Team Leader of Employment Liability and Public Liability

Iain has practiced as a Solicitor since 2006 having initially being called to the Bar in 1989. Following qualification Iain worked in House as a Legal Specialist for the Automobile Association, initially dealing with all aspects of motor law and thereafter advising on their legal Expense Insurance product, which covered many areas of law including Employment, Consumer, Property Disputes and Personal Injury.

Iain moved into Private Practice as a Claimant Personal Injury Lawyer in 2005 before completing the Bar Law Society transfer exam in 2006. Iain joined Clear Law as an EL/PL Lawyer in 2016 and since 2018 has been the Manager of that section of the Business and in 2021 passed the £2 million mark in Billing for Clear Law.”
