Sam leads our business development arm of the business. 

Clear Law was Sam's first full time role after leaving Sheffield University in 2008. He started his career as a new claims assessor, taking detailed instructions from new clients to assess the merits of their case.

He soon went on to manage the New Claims Team before being offered a training contract at Clear Commercial. During this time, he ran a full caseload of litigated and pre-litigated personal injury cases, and eventually went on to manage one of the RTA teams. He also served some time in the residential conveyancing department.

Following his qualification, Sam decided to move into a more managerial and business development position. His first role was to establish, manage and generate new business in the Debt Management department, which he successfully did for two years before we sold this part of the business due to the regulatory changes in this sector.

At the start of 2015, Sam settled into his new role in the Senior Management Team as the company’s first full time Business Development Manager. Through Sam's experience as a solicitor, he is able to offer both technical expertise as well as the contacts and knowledge of business development and marketing more generally.

Sam works closely with all departmental heads and the rest of the Senior Management Team to continue to deliver quality work into both the consumer and commercial departments of the business.
